hate to admit since i'm indian, but yeah india 1950 cuz they wanted to play barefoot and fifa said no....now we'll never make it back =(

alright alright.it was india.........i don knw which year.but they couldnt play the world cup coz the footballers ova here use sneakers nstead of football boots
