They may have nuclear weapons but I believe more importantly, these nuclear weapons are used more as bargaining chips to secure international aid and recognition rather than serving as weapons of aggression.

They have the technology to produce weapons grade uranium, theyre testing their missiles because they have no device to use for a bomb, their air force pretty much consists of a dude on a bike with paper wings glued to his arms, so they have to devise a way to launch their nukes, and not drop them.
They are ten years behind that point, but that doesnt mean it will take them ten years to figure it out. Although they have been working on weapons grade uranium since the 60's.
And what the hell difference does it make if they have 12 pieces or 20 or 1?

They do have nukes, and they are stupid enough to use them. From what I have seen on the news though they aren't smart enough to build them to last during the launch. At least one of them started loosing pieces as it was lifting of at the time of "test fire". We should be worried though, all it takes is one launch and hit, then the whole world goes up for grabs. No win situation. Everyone loses. Pray for peace.
