ford uses the gold it looks yellow don't mix types unless you are using the universal one mix stuff it will turn it green but don't ad the regular green stuff to it as it wont mix with the gold
they have different silicate levels
and dint use Dex it is for gm
all anti freezes are designed to be at least 50\50 stronger is OK to a point weaker isn't
it needs some water for summer it cools better

Auto stores sell universal coolants. Dex-Cool is a good one, but since you are talking about an RV, I don't know if it would be appropriate.

To be safe, check your manual, call the dealer, or look under the hood. A lot of times, there is a sticker on the radiator that will tell you the best coolant to use for optimal performance.

Any high quality anti-freeze should work fine, but what's more important is that you get the mix of distilled water & anti-freeze correct, per Ford's recommendations. The service dept of any Ford dealer should be able to tell you the correct mix, and it should be in your Ford owners manual as well.

Engine coolant is universal. The Dexcool extended life (red stuff) suppose to last 5 years or something like that. The green stuff is most common

It should say on the Resevoir filler cap or on the Radiator if not try some researching.
