I live in a third world country and wants to start a low cost online business any ideas?

I would like to start an online business. I live in a third world Country and am looking for an online business that already exists in the west but has not been properly exploited in the a third world country. It should be low cost and involve a service preferably, not hard goods.
I would really appreciate any answers and links to where i can get online business ideas.

Think of all your interests & ask yourself if any of those could be expanded into a business. Just keep in mind...what's your expertise? What are your interests? What could you imagine yourself doing?

By researching the prospect of starting your own business -- what it entails, what you need to know, helpful hints, etc -- you'll feel better prepared to take that plunge.

This question is only going to get opinion. There is really no telling unless all the armies of the world went up against each other. Which we all do not want. Even then the country that won could have had a lot of luck along the way. Or better yet did have a lot of luck because luck is a big factor in winning wars. It is luck and circumstantial. I mean look at what happen to Russia when they tried to defeat the middle east. All the middle east needed was those stinger missiles and they took out the Russians. Now if the middle east would have invaded Russia they would have got killed.

first you need to think what you want to do, if no ideas it's ok. just create a webhosting account (you can choose a free account, go to www.FreeWWW.uv.ro and go to the webhosting page, there are many accounts to choose from), then you can look to participate in an affiliate program (just type that in any search engine), and chose something you like or that is available for your country.
you can also register to an internet advertising agency to place ads in your site and generate some money from that too. one other option is to register to Google AdSense.
if you need help in web developing, you can use free web templates available at www.freewebtemplates.com where you have many options to choose from.
