Listen I have the same problem u do. What I did is I just became really good friends with him. He still didn't ask me out, but the good news is he hasn't had a girlfriend since.

He doesnt like you THAT way most probably I suggest move on.Its far better to have someone whos crazy about you than someone you are crazy about:)

2-reason with him if he doesn't answer no.1
3-go get your gun ,you have one i presume,all Americans do,point it at his head give him 10 seconds to answer ,start counting if you are about to say 6 and he hasn't asked you out pull the trigger ,he is not going to,don't waste your time move on
