the bank is calling my brothers note on his dairy farm and is taking my parents family farm that my parnets never got paid for. My elder parents said bank has some paper that bank said they signed (parents said they never did) that gave the bank the farm if my brother defaulted and my parents are just out with out getting paid. My mother said she never went to the bank and they never came to the farm so how could she have ever signed anything like that. How does one find a good attorney I think they need one.Parents are going to be out $900,000.00 if the bank gets there way. Were from Wisconsin mkrause32@yahoo.com

You definitely need to seek the help of a lawyer. I would recommend getting a lawyer who know how to deal with agriculture law. If you contact your local or state extension office they should be able to put you in contact with one. There may be something else going on that you are not aware of, these whole situation seems very odd.

I would tell them that you want a copy of the paper that they signed, then compare signatures. You never know. I would actually request all the papers to do with the sell of this, that way your parents will have it to take to a lawyer if need to get one. I know a good attorney you could contact, he has an office in Indiana, but owns a house in New Mexico and flies back and forth on his plane. I think he takes cases from anywhere.

Something 'fishy' here, the farm always goes back to the seller by default. Your brother may have made a 'deal' with the bank! You need a lawyer big time!

you need an attorney look for criminal one first if your parents didnt sign the farm over that would save the farm and take care of your brother.

brother may have committed fraud get the police involved they will need to press charges on your brother but should keep the farm
if you don't press charges it gives him license to do it again this is the problem with our times now
no one saw me do it you cant prove it anyway
