If one person commits an illegal sex what should be the plenty for it?

I need to know your religion's penalty if someone commits to have an illegal sex (other than relationship).

In Islam, there are 80 horse hunters to a man as a punishment when he commits an illegal sex. For woman, she is stoned in the streets in-front of all public. This way all men will get a lesson in the societies not to commit it again. This rule applies when both have the same desired to share illegal sex.

Next time he/she will not think again of having an illegal sex in his life. This is a lesson to him/her. If one shares an illegal sex then you could be involved in different types of diseases e.g. HIV, AIDS etc. ISLAM saves you, from health point of view, society balance and take cares of women’s right.

In Saudia Arabia, there is a punishment for a thief "cut one hand" apart from illegal sex. From this law you can't image how it reduced the chances of robbery in the country.

Most of Islamic country do not have this rules and they don't apply!

May be in Saudi Arabia and some where in Pakistan and Afganistan has this and they try!

Well, in hinduism there is no punishment by "Humans"

There is a simple principle of Life that is clearly revealed in scriputres.

If you are in perform good in drawing u will become an artist or if good in science u will become scientist or doc

Similarly, in human life if you have Godly behaviour, you will be upgraded to kingdom of God
or else...
If you behave like animals ie only for sex, meat, etc you will go in animal kingdom

So decide yourself is this punishment not "severe"

What you consider to be illegal sex may not be illegal here. I would consider surgically removing the clitoris of females at birth to ensure that the man is the only one who gets pleasure from sex to be a horrible sex crime that should be punished by penis removal in the most painful way possible.

I do feel were way too easy for some crimes committed and over exaggerate on others just as well as there is twist in turns to reduce this crimes punishment if u got the money ?

we have better techniques now though like dna and forensics an profiling for accuracy which shows there is concern for making sure the right persons punished for the right crime with the right punishment best they can with the laws used.

I think if your culture and ours could open our minds and push ignorance aside we could come to a fine medium and reduce alot of crime and harm to human beings "mentally and physically" .

we are human beings not robots and there is not one brain alike.
Some people are just born evil and there brains were not wired to ever behave in a way u want no matter how big the threat for it is who they are....but I think if taught since young that ur special and be taught to love self first and no need to control others to feel manly or powerful there taught naturally how to avoid the arrogant ignorant or psycopathic people, but if we were disrespected to be taught to learn to deal with emotional hurt, traumatic situations with strenth and love for self to be able to still move foward ....sounds simple but to many self medicated or beliefs get in the way with such a simple way I think.

people do make mistakes and feel some should be death for penality and immediatly killed but others need to be treated differently and handled in a way that shows power still and persistance but not ABUSE.

Penalties for illegal acts should be for legislators, that is elected officials to decide, not religious hypocrites. By the way, what is the penalty for blowing up innocent women and children?

These are too hard punishments. You don't give a chance to the criminal to regret his/her sins and become a good person. I bet Allah prefers to have ex-sinners than dead sinners.

for a man to have his penis cut off
for a woman to have her vagina stuffed with a substance that cannot be removed
