Talk Talk were offering an excellent package for £61 per quarter. It gave free local and national calls, unlimited broadband up to 8 mg in speed. Just £29 transfer fee. It is worth checking out if the offer is still available.

This really depends on your location and local service providers. I.E. Comcast offers internet/phone/cable at $33/mo per item totalling $99/mo as a bundle for this area. Shop around based on your area and even tell one provider you got a better deal at "x" and they may offer you a better package/rate.

I suggest you to go with BSNL if you are in India, B'cause it has the largest bandwidth among all and its minimum cost is 250 PM but the speed is around 70 to 80 kbps though he says 256kbps.
