I have lost touch with her...noone can reach her...she married a man noone knows that has hit her over the head with the other end of a sword like thing and she has been on pain pills for years now and now it seems she doesnt know a lot of things that have happpened in the past 5 years...Now everyone seems to thinks she is on something stronger like heroine or crystal meth. her brother said she doesnt remember anyone but her parents and siblings and she acts like she is back in high school....what needs to be done and how do we help her. is there any hope?

talk to her and tell her what u think it took my sister 12 years to get away from her abusive husband and me beating him up several times and she finally left but no drugs involved, this one will be tough for her but if u r a true friend stand by her and let her know that she is worth more then what she thinks she is and that she does not have to tolerate a man who abuses her that one day it might go further and she cannot go back and leave, that it might be too late then ask her if she would consider signing herself into a clinic they will help her best of all to get straight with the drugs, perscribed or other and will also counsel her and help her get on her feet on her way to a better life. but she has to do it on her own or it more then likely will not affect her a person has to want help in order to help them successfully. About all you can do is tell her you know she is capable of getting clean and straight and making good decisions. Unfortunately, there is nothing you DO short of getting family and friends to do an "intervention" and get her to agree to treatment.

there is always hope!try intervention if her family is willing.who ever is supplying her or enabling her has to stop now!she has to what to stop but she is staying to high it seems to even know she is being abused/god bless and keep u as her friend u r a good one.

In order to get help you and her have to want help. If she willing then it shall happen but only PRAY and KEEP PRAYING and ASK GOD for his help and hand.It may take a while but hold on. He may no be there when you need him but his always on time(god)
