If you are referring to speedsters, there are quite a few. In Marvel, there have been 2 characters called the Whizzer. If you think that's bad, the original was around during Marvel's Golden Age, & wore a yellow costume. I'm really not joking! Quit laughing! LOL! Anyway, the second became the villain called Speed Demon. Also, in Marvel's MC2 universe, there is Blue Streak, a female speedster.
As for DC, they have a LOT of runners. There have been several characters called the Flash, as well as Kid Flash, who I believe became Impulse. Then there's Max Mercury, Jesse Quick, & Prof. Zoom.
I'm sure there are more, & I don't even know about the different independent publishers. I'm not even including people like Superman, Silver Surfer, & other fast characters who either don't run as fast as the speedsters, or go fast by another means of transportation. Kid Flash, Golden Age Flash (Jay Garrick), Zoom (Villain), Professor Zoom (Villain), Johnny Quick, Max Mercury, Speed (Young Avenger)
There may be others but these are who I can remember.
