a lot of people say its because of paranoia. But my mum went through the same thing at the beginning of the year and eventually she stopped going out because she believed it was paranoia, she wouldn't take my brother and sister to school and it got really bad. Then she started having flowers, teddies, chocolates and balloons delivered to her at least 3 times a week it caused major rows between her and my step dad as he thought she was seeing someone else. this went on for about 2 weeks then she started receiving dead flowers and funeral flower arrangements she told the police and they got in touch with local florists but they said they hadn't come from them. Once my mum had spoken with the police everything stopped so we think it must have been someone on our estate. She still gets paranoid when she goes out and won't go out on her own. If you generally believe you are been watched get in touch with the police even though they won't help (they told my mum unless she was actually touched they couldn't do anything) who ever is watching you might be frightened away.

If you really do feel this way then maybe ti is time to seek some sort of professional help. You could start by going to your doctor. You may be suffering from some form of depression that is getting a little out of hand.

There are various reasons to this. Maybe you are doing something againts your heart, or you're too focus to yourself, or you have concentrating too long, or you're in tension too long, or it's a habit of you to feel watched. Just do something positive and fun, whenever you feel watched just ignore it.

because you're paranoid and probably should go and see a doctor. Nobody is watching you, unless of course you're drawing attention to yourself. Take care!
