it could save a lot of iffy calls from turning into PK's and ruining the game!

Sometimes you can't tell it from the video, and also i would slow down the game, I think. But some techincs could be intriduced, such as the microchips in the ball to sign the offside or goal. The 4th referee is also good who can warn the refree on the pitch to punish the Zidane-like cases.
