Zidane is not a God, He is just like any other human being!
But yes he is a big HERO!
ALL BIG HEROES HAVE ERRED.
And so the story.........
To Err is Human, To forgive divine !
All big men have erred and their greatness prevailed over the errors. Mahatma Gandhi became the man of peace and nonviolence but had erred in his early days. Maradona being great was found doped on number of occasion, pranked with his cars and women. There are many examples like that.
And none of us is God. And comparing humans with gods is where we err. Zidane is a great sportsman but has erred on the last day. This shows that he is human and I am happy to see that he is human. B'cos.... Perfection is the work of Satan.
He will be remembered as the football greatest players in the books of history. I hope this will be a turning point in his new life. After this error he will be working for the poor , the under-privileged who need him more than anyone. I am sure. Thank God! Zidane is not a God

zidane will forever be a hero, at least to those who understand and watch soccer with plain minds. He has only overreacted, which anyone can do, mostly when anxiety mixes with tension and a reaction to this is triggered by a supposed abuse.

I think so, what he did was much worst then what Totti did at the euro 2004 and he should be ashamed...I lost all my respect for him...acting like a punk and a thug

No, i think not!
He is the REAL HERO of the colored people.
Because Materazzi said:
"What's it like to be the captain of a bunch of *******?"
And headbutted Materazzi!
He is a REAL HERO, man!

i think that he definately left his carrer on a sour note. i was really disapointed that such a great player and role model in his country would stoop to such a level. i still respect him for his career and achievements, but seeing that made me quite sad for him.
