If some sites are blocked, they're blocked for very good reasons.
Unless you want to commit suicide, for your computer, you shouldn't try going there.
If it's a public comp or one in your Office, don't try to go around these blocks, because that can [a] cost you your job and [b] land you in jail.

Hi, you can try firefox browser.
firefox can fix the homepage hijacked.
it can block any annoying popup ads. it can prevent most of the virus in the webpage, as you know, most of the virus is spread through internet.

it depends what it says when they get blocked. if its 404 error then you need to talk up your friendly network admin
