I am an electrical consultant in India.Want to take up consultancy from gulf countries .Is it possible ?

Since many organisation in abroad are off loading the electrical consultancy to overseas I want to take up such job.I am a qualified Electrical consulatant with 25 years of experience.I have experience in Industries ,Infrasructure development ,commercial buildings,residential buildings etc.
