my mother never tested positive for pregnancy (blood or urine)

it is a rare condition but can happen, she found out dhe was pregnant from an internal exam and the ultrasound confirmed she was five months but the blood test said she wasn't pregnant...

That's not physically possible, you can not be 9 months pregnant and not be producing any HGC. And HGC is the hormone the tests pick up on to give you the positive result. You may be able to go a couple months without getting a positive result, probally at the most 2, because some people dont produce enough HGC at the start of a pregnancy for the test to pick up. But it's never that way through the entire pregnancy.

my girlfriend didnt get a postitive result until she was four months pregnant.
