no, only in the absence of time as a physical factor could you pass through dimensional space, machinery and such are governed by the laws of physics, if you can come up with a
theory to eliminate time and gravity, and physical existence, you'll have time travel.

I have invented a silmilar machine which is a real-time advance machine. For every minute spent in the machine you will be one minute older. Uncle Ricco in Napoleon Dynamite ordered one on line. Although there were some discrepancies, I am sure it is on the up and up. After all, they would not be on line if they were not 100% legit. Besides you could always report them to the proper authorities.

No this would still be impossible. We would require the ability to manipulate either time or gravity for this relationship to be useful, neither of which is within our power as of yet.

i wont think so. even if it's the case, i think it would only send you forward in time... now for the definition of time...
