I like Bare Essentuals - ID Minerals - i think the website is www.bareminerals.com. It's light (so light i've slept in it) and it's very subtle - almost more of a facial hi-liter. I seem to "glow" with my bare minerals on. I was up late one nite and saw the informercial and have been hooked since. :)

For a foundation i'd use the Loreal authentic tournament lumi foundation. It supplies your epidermis a glow. Use a sparkling sparkle lip gloss, or a depressing pink. Sweep on some bronzer if you're uncomfortable including your epidermis color. A rose colored blush is likewise astounding. in case you pick to fill on your brows, use an eyebrow pencil. do not use eyeshadow or eyeliner, it seems thoroughly unnatural. a mild brown shimmery eyeshadow everywhere in the eyelid and lower than will make your eyes pop. particularly a lot any color seems good with brown eyes. A black or brown liner is astounding.

Bare Essentials - or "i.d." -- is a wonderful natural looking make-up;
you lightly brush on the foundation and the blush, and you'd be
surprised at the difference! A good source for this make-up at relatively low cost is on Ebay -- and by the way, it lasts forever!
For eyes, any brand eyeshadow will do; it's the color that's the key.
A peach or light brown is good for a simple yet eye-enhancing look.
Hope this helps!

When it comes to the office, less is more. You should never wear anything gawdy or flashy. Simple earthtones and natural shades are still pretty and and you can still play up your best features. Glitter and too much shimmer or lipgloss can make you look more juvenile, so maybe a light and slighty sheer eye shade and lip color is good.

IF YOUR A TEEN THAT'S FINE IF YOU'RE NOT THEN DON'T TRY TO LOOK LIKE ONE . I GUESS YOU MEANT OFFICE SETTING. TOO. IF YOU'RE WORKING IN AN OFFICE LESS IS MORE , USE MASCARA THAT'S CLOSEST TO YOUR NATURAL LASH COLOR , BROWN EYELINER AND NEUTRAL SHADES OF SHADOW , CREAMS , BEIGE'S , LIGHT BROWNS , , SUBTLE PINKS . (IF YOU HAVE TO ) DON'T USE A BLUSH BECAUSE FLUORESCENT LIGHTING IS NOT NICE TO SOME . ONLY USE A LIP LINER THAT MATCHES YOUR NATURAL LIP COLOR , AND THEN USE A PRETTY SOFT PINK , REMEMBER NOTHING OFF THE WALL , IF YOUR A TEEN YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE A MATURE TEEN AND IF YOUR OVER 20 THEN AT LEAST LOOK YOUR AGE . I'VE DONE MANY MAKE OVERS ON PEOPLE WHO ARE GETTING STARTED IN THE BUSINESS AND THE WAY THEY PUT MAKE UP ON BEFORE I GOT THEM WAS ATROCIOUS .. NOW THEY HAVE SUCCEEDED AND I STILL HAVE THEM COME TO ME FOR POINTERS AND TO KEEP UP WITH THE NEW LOOKS AND STYLES .

you don't want teen-ish, especially if you're not, but definitely go with the more natural look-- it's really sexy. if your skin tone is white/tan/olive go with a nude lip color-- like a glossy light LIGHT pink color and maybe same with eyecolor or maybe something that's beige, blends in with your skin more. if you are darker skined (brown/black) wear an eye color that's more related to your skin tone, but has a little shimmer in it-- so you can notice it but not SEE it if that makes sense. and for the lip color-- go with like a clear lip color or something with a beige hint too it.

2 coats black mascara, little bit of foundation or concealer, little pink blush, bit of pinkish , goldish gloss that is not too thick or goopy.... very pretty but not overdone. You'll look wide - eyed and rested.
