If you do not get admission in medical college you have choice to do graduation with Chemistry,Zoology & Botany three subjects. After graduation you have choice of post graduate level study in Micro Bilogy ;Bio Chemistry ;Bio Engineering etc .
Other choices are dental surgery ,phisio therapy ;radiology
