Why are you going to the hospital? This is not an emergency. A heart attac is an emergency. You should have waited and made an appointment with your doctor.
Oh wait! Are you on welfare and abusing the system?

The hospital must have given you an explanation. Probably a virus. rest drink plenty of fluids blah blah blah.
