Even though it's summer, dress conservatively. It IS for a court house job. A blazer, top, and skirt below the knee should do it. No spike heels. Good luck at the interview!

You know what's in style right now? Beige pantsuits. Cotton, beige pantsuits are the best thing to wear for an interview. They are summery, light-weight and classy all at once. You can wear a white cotton shirt underneath and some simple jewelery, like a wood beaded necklace and you'll look stylish and professional all at once.
Shoes can be simple brown leather, with a matching bag.
You can get them like the one here:

And there are so many other styles... They're perfect for looking competent and feminine all at once.

A business suit, if you have it. Skirt/dress pants. Sleeves. Look as professional as possible. After you get the job, you don't have to be as fancy. But remember in a courthouse, there will be lawyers dressed to the nines.

Professional attire. Wear a suit that includes jacket, blouse, and either pants or a skirt. If you wear a skirt, make sure you wear stockings or pantyhose.
