I would think they're different - women are naturally more emotional so they may be more compassionate toward their employees whereas men may be focused only on the goal...
...but everyone is different so you can't really put too much stock on a generalization

Different, women are emotional..therefore if your boss is a woman and she is in a bad mood one day..all of her employees will know about it and suffer from it..as to having a Man as a boss..he will just go on about his business and not bother anyone about his problems.

Absolutetly different management styles:

When a woman comes to you with a problem she wants you to listen to her and when a man comes to you with a problem he wants you to help him fix it.

different. my last boss was a male and he lied to his bosses, he was eventually fired, he told me before he was fired to get out of the company as soon as possible if something happened to him.
