At the end of the day, the only thing you can really control with the situation, however, is whether you work there or quit and go somewhere else.

My personal experience is that your employer will tell you anything to string you along without making any changes. So if they talk a lot, but don't do anything, then definitely walk.

Brother,let gorilla stay in cage,and stay on your job and start looking other job,because if you live the job what you have and you can't find other,it will be difficult for you. stay few more days in cage ,in your free time go on Internet or out side in your city and try to find a job,good luck Mr. Gorilla.

You should make the best of what you have right now. Don't give up on your job! Think of positive reason's while your at work and while your not. You should give yourself goals, for ex. try to get as many hours in as possible so that when pay comes you get a nice juicey $Check$.

Spend some money on a career counselor to see what your interests say you should do. Then do temp work in that field and find out where you would like to work. LIfe is short.
Don't waste precious time in a job in w hich you are miserable.

When you hate your job that much then it is time to get out. There is always other companies that will treat you with respect and dignity. You don't need the aggrevation. Go out and seek. You will be surprised what is out there for you. Good Luck.

u should enjoy ur life in every stages,,so just change ur job,,its easy to change but u must atleast try to do so,,do not waste ur time doing what ur not enjoing at all,,
