In my opinion,I think that the business manager today is not able give 100% responsabilities to the customer.However,A lot of them want to make money with alternating ways and make a lot of "good special offer" to cheat the customer.So,this is depend to the society to see it.

If you can't spell responsibilities, there isn't much chance of you ever needing to know a manager's responsibilies.
