raw veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, celery sticks, raw yellow squash sticks, raw zucchini sticks, etc. you can even use a little fat free ranch dressing as a dip.

fresh fruit of most any kind, though limit the apples and bananas to prior to workout as they are high in sugar.

Firstly, the best drink is water. Vary the taste if need be by adding slices of lime or lemon. And for a non-fat snack you could half fill the water glass with a fruit of your choice ( strawberries are nice) sprinkle a LITTLE Splenda with it, let sit while you do your program( add water to fill when you add berries) and when you finish your program drink your water and eat your berries. Fill the glass again with water to get the last of the fruit residue and you are on your way!!! Lots of luck.

Try low fat versions of everything, eg milk, yogurt.
Also, you cant spot reduce, you are going to lose weight from everywhere.
No fruit juice, it has lots of added sugar- which equals calories.
No softdrink. or cordial...Just water.
Try snacking on carrot sticks with a low fat dip.
