No, apology will not make him feel proud, it will make a brave and nice person. Go ahead.

It seems like it's bothering you that you did something to upset him. So, even if he won't get anything out of it, you should apologize. Be honest. Tell him that I'm really sorry that I "x". You can add how what you did has affected you and you can add that I know you are really proud, but I wanted you to know how sorry I was....
The key is to be sincere and real. If he doesn't accept your apology, then you have done the best you can. If he does, everyone wins. Good Luck

If he is a really good friend i would definitly apologize speccially if you did something wrong.I made that mistake a few years ago and was bull headed and never apologized and i lost the best friend i ever had so if you value your friendship apologize to him and then you guys need to sit down and have a heart to heart so maybe this wont happen again
good luck

What did you do to upset him? if you feel you need to apologise for what you said then I think you should, if not, then if he is a really good friend then he will forgive you anyway, because he will know that you never meant to hurt his feelings.

well, it depends on wat u did. if u told a joke or som'm nd he took it too seriously, then dnt even apologize sweetie he aint worth it. he aint a good frend if he cant even take a joke.
nd if u hurt him or som'm, phisically (i doubt), or mentally, or...watever....ANYWAY then THATS dwn 2 the point where u dnt want to lose a good frend like him.
but if it wsnt serious, then dnt even apologize. there is no apology worth women losing their dignity. just ignore him, nd he'll come around. if he dsnt, then u need to b/c it probably MIGHT b serious.
think about it.

Yeah say youre sorry if you were in the wrong. It will show you are a real person not only interested in yourself.

If he is such a good friend he wouldn't be so angry with you. Give him his space. Only apologize if you truly think you betrayed his friendship, otherwise you are just catering to his ego.

Only say sorry if you really are sorry. If you are really sorry, then say sorry because you are, not to restore your friendship with him. That may still take time.

ARE you sorry? If not, don't apologize! If you are, let him know you were stressed out enough about it to post it on yahoo! He'll be impressed....
