Hah! They do look pretty damn funny with their skinny legs hanging off the sides!
One rode past me, I heard his Lawnmower engine whining a mile away, and gave ME a funny look. I just laughed at him!

Because it seems to wind loads of people up (parents, coppers, councillors,neighbourhood watch, etc. etc.)
