my co-worker will take time off & then expect me to work with her client when I have me own clients.My boss says I need to do her priority clients. Please offer advise

Well, unfortunately if your boss says u need to work with her clients, it looks like thats what u have to do. Turn the siutation to your advantage and become so good that HER clients will love YOU and that will make you look like the better one.

It sounds like to me that your co-worker is getting you to do her job. My advice is to tell your co-worker you have your own clients and that she needs to deal with hers. Senoirity should never be an issue. I think your boss is wrong in saying you need to do her priority clients. Your boss should take over her clients if she is gone. Unless you were hired to be her understudy for her clients i don't think you should be put in that situation. There is no job that requires you to be a stepping stone for them.

You are given an order by your boss and you should follow that. If you want to get them to mad at you, take the same days off.

I would suggest listening to your boss ... so you don't get fired for insubordination
