Your question is not very clear and maybe that's why you got no answers. If you are asking whether someone through a lawyer can reach into your work comp payments for some reason, then yes, as long as there was a court order to the effect. Things like delinquency on child support for example will prompt a court to reach into any income you have.

I don't see why not. If injured on the job and the employer paid in (or even if employer didn't) you are entitled. Being a lawyer is immaterial. Unless you were a lawyer (or anybody) that willfully hurt themselves or were drunk. I am guessing you are not a lawyer yourself as you would know the answer, have lawyer contacts to find out the answer, and know that a quick call to your workman's comp agent in your state would resolve th issue from someone in the know unlike a submission to this yahoo answer site. Call a workman's comp agent in your state or seek out a workmans comp lawyer for proper legal information.
