I wouldn't mind, but personality is much more important.

I am an artist, so I have quiet a lot of models in my life, and I had a relationship with some of them. Now my opinion is that sex is usually great but rest of the relationship is usually nightmare. There is no other profession which corrupts female brain more then modeling does, not to talk that stress and extreme competition often turns the poor girls in the monsters...
So yeah if one is thinking about relationship with a model just be very careful it may destroy your life. But as have said sex s usually great. I guess that's why most millionaire entertainment industry bosses prefer to just hung out with model for a while and ten let footballers marry them and deal with a consequence. It is a cruel scheme, but this is how it works.
I have also dated some ex models who have been smart enough to show finger to their previous profession and switch to some less fame related but also less cruel profession. It was much better
Also note that most models don't look even half as good in real life as they look at posters or photo's.

I think you will find that most guys would probably say yes they would like to go out with a model, but in practice we know this is never going to happen!!!

I for one am not what you would call ugly and was once propositioned by an underwear model at a party who I turned down because I had a girlfriend who may not have been as stunning as her but in her own way, personal to me was a lot more attractive.

I am pretty sure if I was with the underwear model I would have hated her by now. And I am engaged to be married to the girl I didnt cheat on!!

I know what I prefer pretty on the inside nice on the outside!!!

I am glad you have asked such a thought-provoking question. I am of the opinion that men pick women that will keep up with their habits and likes. True men, and I don't mean those that would pass for "Mr. Right guard", like a Professional soccer player or baseball player, but an average guy who goes to work and pays the bills and just tries to survive. I can only speak for myself, but I think that He is looking for someone to compliment the attributes that he has and can also be challenged with.
(Intelligence and beauty are interchangeable in this as well.)

I think models would be too "high Maintenance", not to mention the fact that beauty fades away most of the time and what you are left with is the ordinary in the end.

So if you don't love the person the beauty is nothing as well.
Footballers love the image that comes with the model because that probably resembles them as well.

If the public wouldn't put the footballers on such a high pedestal, they probably wouldn't set their standard so high anyways.

Just food for thought...
Thanks for the question.

It's funny. Most guys will either be honest and say yes, and others will try to lie and say no, it's the personality that counts. It's funny because what matters is probably a mix between the two. If a model is really genuinely nice and great to be around, of course I'd want to be with her, but if she's stuck up and a complete bia to everyone that she thinks is below her then I wouldn't be able to put up with that. Airheads aren't fun either. It's all about balance.

All guys think they want a model - but if they got their wish then I bet lots would change their minds.

I dated a glamour model for a couple of years and she drove me mad. She was very bitchy towards other good looking girls and thought the world owed her a living because she was born pretty.

I am not bitter towards her, I actually pity her. I'm married now to a gorgeous girl (nothing to do with modelling, she actually earns her salary) and have never been happier.

I'm sure lots of models are very nice people, but alot are really bitchy and I would say be very careful when considering dating one!!!

As a general rule - all guys want to be with models. But marrying them is completely different issue. Only footballers are stupid enough to marry stupid shallow models (not all fit this category).

Stupid footballers and stupid models deserve each other. We just pray that they are too worried about their social lives and their figures to have time to have kids.

Why not? Models are soughtafter partners for obvious reasons and successful men from various sectors of business do seek out models - it's natural. Models are not much different from girls in general - why can't they be 'nice'?

Yes and no. Sexual fantasies generally take place with model-shaped girls. But in real life I would not want to go to bed with anyone that I didn't want to wake up with. If she's a model but has no conversation, it's not going to last.

Actually, they don't marry models. Their wives are usually described as 'models' but I bet you've never ever seen any of them in mags or on the catwalk BEFORE the marriage.
Beckham of course is married to a singer (Spice Girls)

Don't get me wrong, I've had my fair share of beauties..... but my only true love, whilst being good looking, was not the best of the bunch. But she was lovely girl. really nice, and the only one I ever introduced to my parents. I think most guys will want a wife who is nice, clean and attractive, but a model is mainly just a lust thing, not a basis of a good relationship
