It depends on you and your eyebrows...I had my mom start plucking my eyebrows for me when I was 8. I had a massive unibrow and very bushy eyebrows

Personally I think that it just matters about the child. I have a 9 year old daughter, bless her heart, that inherited her dad's eye brows. I normally help her and only pluck or tweeze the area between the eyes. She basically has a uni brow. If I don't do this it causes her to be embarrassed since she herself knows that this area is dense enough to use a weed whacker to clear the area. So I allow this for the sake of her self esteem with her peers especially since she does have somewhat low self esteem due to the several years that she was having to deal with her cancer. When she is older I will teach her as well as allow her to tweeze or pluck other areas of her eye brows.

If a preteen, ages 12-13 or so desires to have some facial hair removed, I recommend waxing from the start. It should be done by a professional and only hair below the brow and above the nose should be removed to shape eyebrows. There should be no heavy thinning done so the girl still has a natural look.

i would say 12.. peer pressure starts badly when ages are 11-12... also matters on how fast your hair grows.. i started to pluck mine at 12, then started to wax.. waxing taks less time, and will last longer than plucking.. waxing will hurt the first few times, then you will barely feel it..

well GOOD LUCK!
