Yes Freud called it a reality principle. It is that which pulls you toward truths, not to be confused with guilt

No we don't. We learn ethics and morals as we grow up. Don't forget that there are so many cultures in the world and ethics are not built on a common base. Different country - continent different ethics. Also things have change very much through the ages.
In the middle age people could kill someone because of stealing or because of evil (the well known witch-hunt), in public without feel any pity or regrets, little children were participating on those actions too. Nowadays human life has great value and along with that many, many things has changed.
Unfortunately though in some country's (and there are so many)things are not so bright, and human rights are violating constantly.

No, we are not born with a moral sense. Infants register discomfort, which can be caused by a variety of problems. Until the problem is resolved or the infant tires, he or she will cry for attention. At that stage of development, there is no distinction between the infant and everyone else. The world is just one big Me. There is nothing wrong with that - a baby's cry signals an unmet need and should spur the parent/care-giver to fulfill that need.
A baby whose needs are met experiences the lack of discomfort which sets the stage for learning and discovery. Eventually a child will discover there is more than just Me. First there is Me and Mom, then Me, Mom and Strangers. (I'm simplifying by leaving Dad out of the equation, but I'm a single mother, so it was just my child and me.) Gradually a child learns that everyone is an individual.
This developmental stage must be reached before the concept of morals has any meaning.
Have you ever observed babies playing side by side? Often you'll see a more aggressive child take a desired toy away from another child, with no regard for the other's response. One task of parents or care-givers is to teach moral values to children in an age-appropriate manner. Certainly we have all seen instances where that did not happen and the chaos that follows.
Summary: we need to take care of our children to facilitate their ability to learn, and we need to continue to care for them by teaching them positive ways to behave. This practice of care and teaching should result in the child's development of a moral sense.

Yes human beings are born with an inherent moral sense, unfortunately though we're taught to ignor parts of it while other parts of it are replaced by a man made moral sense.

Depends on who you ask.
I say yes - we are born with an innate moral sense because we are social creatures and there are examples of universal morals that span the world which are unexplainable by any other means than that we have evolved as species to understand certain moral principles.

No, we are taught moral sense or a lack there for in some cases. When we are born we have no idea of right and wrong or good and evil.

Given the absolutely horrendous condition that the world is in, it would appear highly improbable that we are born with an innate sense of morality.

We are born with a capability to have self-awareness which has to be consciously brought into us by nurturing this capability. Self-awareness makes us sensible. Sensibility equips us with ability to codify a sensible way of life. Moral sense is such a code of ethics which becomes a ready reckoner for humans to live and let live.

We are born neither moral nor immoral. Qualities are being picked up from previous birth tendencies in comparison with present life conditions.
