There is really no way to tell. Federrer did make a statement however so if Nadal thinks he's got Federrer's number he better think twice. There rivalry is good for the game.

Entering the hard court season with 1.5 montths till the US Open, there is a decent chance that they will meet again in the US Open Finals.
If Fed and Nadal are both healthy, I see this potential matchup as a 50/50 proposition. They are both truly great players, with Federer the slightly stronger player on grass, and Nadal the slightly better player
on clay...On hard courts, they figure to be very even.
Barring one more Agassi run, I'd like to see them play again at Flushing Meadow.

It all depends on the surface. On clay, Nadal would of course be the favorite. There's no reason to think that a loss to Federer on grass will somehow hurt Nadal's game and confidence. If they're back on clay, Nadal should be the favorite.

interior the top, Nadal merely hung tight and performed the vital factors better. Djokovic became tight and passive on the adventure factors and ruin factors, waiting for Nadal to make the blunders. this would possibly not get the activity accomplished regrettably against Nadal. If Djokovic saved doing what had gotten him so far interior the adventure, he might have won. that's a very disappointing and bitter loss for Djokovic, yet I agree which you would be able to not say that Nadal did not need to win the adventure. It became unfair for Djokovic to have 12,000 human beings rooting against him, yet what are you able to anticipate while a countrywide hero is enjoying in his residing house u . s .. If Djokovic had performed greater aggressively on the ruin factors and adventure factors, the adventure may be his. only one decent first serve became mandatory (he have been hitting unreturnable serves all adventure), yet he might desire to not arise with one decrease than all the stress.

it all depends on the type of court they play on. Federer is way better on grass then Nadal. Nadal had beat Federer so many times so i think he will win again.

Only if it's clay.
Or if there's a big basketball game on, apparently Federer loves basketball and has a hard time concentrating on tennis during the finals. I read an interview with him (okay it was in German but I'm pretty sure I got the gist) and he said tennis is like his fourth favourite sport, after basketball, baseball, and American football. I guess he wishes he were American and could have actually played those sports!

It depends on the type of court they are playing on.
Anyway I still love Nadal, whether or not he beats Federer he will still be number 1 in my books!

nope, their next match will probably be in Cincinatti on the hard court. Federer doesn't lose on the hard court either.
