I heard his "funeral" had a closed casket, can anyone confirm this? Why does a man who died of a heart attack have a closed casket...hmmmm

ok, this is a hypothetical question, so i guess this is a hypothetical answer, although i must admit i've been wondering myself...
here goes: he said himself that it's hard to to go from a lavish lifestyle when that's what you are used to. so, he may be in switzlerand where they hide lots of money for people with lots of money, and he's in seclusion in his swiss banker's lavish chalet. no, too obvious. he knows they'd be looking for him there.
next scenario... he dyed his hair green, purple and red, and is passing himself off as an ageing hippie in haight-asbury..nah, he's too used to people who bathe.
aha! he's become a guru! he's in the andes! he's used to people bowing down to him. plus, rich people always went to the guru's in the andes to become enlightened. they also gave guru's money. not much of a change for him. oh man, what a scam! is there nothing this man won't stoop to? He keeps his money, is given more, and is just sitting around telling people what to do. there, i've solved the mystery in one fell swoop. who do we call do drop the dime on this guy? (dropping the dime does mean turning him in, dosn't it?)

I don't know where he is hiding out, but if his family wanted to have a closed casket funeral, maybe they know where he is.

he is in the bahamas i saw him at the fish fry lastnite dancing the nite away. he is here because his money is stashed in the bank and he will be close to the united states.from here he goes on to cuba and restart his gas exporation business

I do think he faked his death, and my guess is Brazil. They do not have an extradition agreement with the US. He would be safe there.
