what the heck is chem prax? Sounds like chapped lips to me? Unless you were stupid enough to put some kind of chemical from a lab on your lips. Then I would say go to your doctor.

well either you exposed yourself to chemicals or you're lips are dry and splitting etc. use lip balm and don't touch skin when in contact with chemicals
