I'm not going to make any jokes. I want to be honest with you.
You are not asking a question. You're spreading propaganda as a way of dealing with your internal conflicts.
We pay far too much attention to popular culture. In the 1950's, television portrayed men as being rational and women as being scatterbrained. Examples: "I Love Lucy," "Father Knows Best," "I Married Joan," and even "That Girl," which is often tauted as a breakthrough TV show because it featured a young, independent woman.
Now, the tables have turned. "Everybody Loves Raymond," "The King of Queens," and other shows in that genre depict men as being lazy, inconsiderate, and inept couch potatoes.
People who dismiss such shows, saying, "Well, it's just getting even" are wrong. Both examples produce unfair stereotypes and degrade the value of human beings (regardless of gender).
My advice (which, of course, you did not solicit) is to lighten up. Even in these times of uncertainty, many people are forming companiate marriages, based on mutual respect, rather than dominance by one of the partners.

I'm no dumb*ss, I don't like what the Nazis did AT ALL, but more men DO commit crimes than women. So it is not to assume that men are forced into prison, but rather that the men in prison actually did something to put themselves there. And if not ALL, then a great majority of imprisoned men are just such because they deserve it. What a silly question you've posed.

I sense a deep seated anger from you. I also see that you refuse to accept the statistical evidence that some have brought to you. Therefore no matter what anyone answers it will be wrong, unless it falls directly in line with what you want.
Well, I can't do that.
Why?
Because I am a man.
So you will have to accept the data as it is and understand that there are more crimes committed by men than crimes committed by women.

Men probably do commit more crimes. You can't say that's descrimination when there is evidence to prove it.
Men have a natural instinct to provide for their families. When they feel that they aren't doing this or can't do this, they often feel powerless...this can lead to committing crimes.
Women are naturally caretakers. They wouldn't want to take the risk of committing a crime because if they were in jail, they wouldn't be able to care for their loved ones.

Violence is a common feature of most societies. Statistically, we know that it's predominantly a male characteristic, particularly one of young males. In England and Wales for example, more than 90 per cent of violent offenders are male, and half of those are aged between 17 and 24. So why are men, and particularly young men, so prone to acts of violence?
Testosterone is a powerful hormone.
Testosterone is a steroid hormone from the androgen group. Testosterone is primarily secreted in the testes of males and the ovaries of females although small amounts are secreted by the adrenal glands. It is the principal male sex hormone and an anabolic steroid. In both males and females, it plays key roles in health and well-being
One of the effects of testosterone is Increased tendency for violence or aggressive behavior directly correlated with testosterone amounts.
It is beyond argument that men have more testosterone in their circulation than females and that men are more aggressive. Typically, males produce about 25 times as much testosterone per day as females. Male testosterone levels peak in the late teens and remain high until the mid-20s: precisely the time in which male aggressiveness and violence is most common.
But it's clear that testosterone does not lead to violence in itself. The evidence from studies on bodybuilders cannot be taken entirely at face value. Individuals who abuse anabolic steroids often abuse other drugs too, including alcohol, cocaine and amphetamines, and are often highly aggressive and competitive prior to this abuse. So while it's likely that increased levels of testosterone aggravate a tendency towards violence in some men, it does not follow that all men are naturally violent.

Do you know what the "socialization process" is? That is the process by which people learn the norms of their society. Men are socialized to be more aggressive, that's why they commit more crime. Though I do think women get a little more forgiveness then men.

I guess I am a dumbass as I would suggest that men cause and commit more crime regardless of what you have stated. Do you have any evidence to suggest otherwise?
Discrimination? What the hell does that mean. Hmmmm...man commits crime, man gets caught, man goes to jail. I guess this discriminates against idiot men who are stupid and commit crime.

I was a District Court Clerk for 9 years and we had 75% more men come through court. Maybe its the testosterone or maybe its society, but more likely its because they don't think of the consequences. I didn't know there was a men's movement but I'm not against it if they believe they are fourth class citizens. :)

If you don’t believe the data that is out there, then my best answer to you is that women must be better at committing crimes and are therefore less likely to get caught and sent to prison.

Well, schmuck, more men (78%) than women (22%) do commit crimes and the crimes men commit are inherently more violent than the crimes committed by women.
