i saw the luca toni goal couple of times and believe me it wasn't an offside because one of the french defender was just infront !!!!!

No. The other guy (whoever he was) beside Toni was offiside, but Toni was in line with a defender. It should have been a goal and that would have been a more convincing win and made everyone happier.
