Go home from work, eat your dinner, relax and get 8-10 hours of sleep. Get up and go to WORK. That's what you get paid to do. Not sleep.

get up and walk around, 2) go to the bathroom and splash cold water on ur face. 3) eat a quick snack, like fruit or granola bar. 4) get some coffee or tea.

Please introspect your daily routine and find out which are the factors which induce sleepiness in office time.
(i) If it is due to dietary factor - please adjust suitably
(ii) If it is due to physical factor - try to find out reason and remedial step - may be due to low BP or intake of any medicine
(ii) If there are some other environmental factor, locate same.
Secondly try to work out at which time you are prone to sleepiness. During that hour, take up some active schedule of jobs.
