do you wear glasses every day. ? and do you sometimes experience a pain behind the left ear . I DO . and i was wondering is this normal .thanks in advance.

Your glasses need adjusting. They don't fit you properly .

I do wear glasses, sometime the frame will be too tight,if so you can loosen it to your fitting by dipping it in boiling water for a couple of seconds then bend it gently to fit. did u check for blemishes around the ear ,or hair follicles that are infected?
If the problem still exist ,then see your optometrist

This is not normal, your glasses shouldn't hurt you at all. You need to go back to your opticians to have them adjusted. Don't let them charge you for this - they should have ensured that they fitted properly before you left.

because the glasses are heavey for small ears try those light framed glasses they won't hurt as much
