You can usually get them at Lowes and Home Depot stores, but also you might want to try http://www.thecontainerstore.com for shelving.

I am not familiar with "orange" shelving but if they are at lowes or home depot why aren't you shopping? If one store doesn't have it they will usually ship it in if you ask at the customer service desk.
