I have shiny ceramic tile in my living room and bathroom. After trying just about everything I have found that the best thing to mop these floors with is 1 cup of white distilled vinegar in a bucket of water. I use a liberman wonder mop and when I'm feeling really ambitious I dry with an old bath towel so there are absolutely no streaks. (they dry pretty good as is, but when company's coming and you want to impress - dry the floor with a towel after mopping).
This also works on grouted ceramic bathroom tile, but the grout usually needs to be scrubbed with baking soda first, then rinsed with full strenght vinegar. This will cause a bubbling reaction, don't worry - that's what's whitening the grout.

Hope that works for you.
