2 piercings. One across (horizontal) and the other vertical.
Anymore than that you run the risk of damaging nerves and it'll weaken the tissue dramatically if you have more, increasing the risk of the piercings being torn out.
And that, my friend, is not a pleasant thing to happen!

I've a friend who has two in each, but you have to be careful the nipple does not reject the metal and push it out!
I only managed one in one! but it was well worth it!!!
