It was purchased in Florida, and was wondering which each part of the stone represent, the dove, holley, etc.

Jesus is the Prince of Peace, a dove came down on Him when He was baptised. When Noah was on the ark, the first animal that showed him the flooding had stopped was a dove, which flew to him with an olive branch in its mouth. Holly looks a lot like olive branches. The message is Christian peace.

Well, without seeing the stone itself, I will try to figure out what the figures mean.

The doves usually represent PEACE
Holly represents ETERNITY. Holly is usually associated with Christmas, but the leaves represent everlasting life (eternity) because holly never dies. Jesus is also everlasting life, peace and eternity.
