First of all, why haven't you been living with your mom for the past 3 years?
To me your mom is in the wrong. You're her son and she should take you into her home first before anybody else. Show your mom that you can get on your own feet without her, prove it to her and then let her know when you are doing well!
Good luck!

Hmm. It looks like it's either 'tough love' or she likes your cousin more than you. I know your side, I've been there and my parents took me back in and have let my fiance move in too. You are in a time of need and she wouldn't help, but then helps a cousin. Sorry, man, but she's a beeyatch. Did she give you a reason why she couldn't help you out? This is really about you and her, try to keep the cousin out of the issue as much as possible. It might be that she don't want to hear her son having sex in the house, but can stand hearing a cousin do it. Does she have something against your gf? Maybe she couldn't refuse her brother or sisters child, but is willing to make you 'tough out' hard times?

Yeah i think so your mom might just want the best for is it your mom you want to see and be with or your gf there must be an explanation call her again and ask her if you could go back if she answers no way then ask why

three years? you are obviously leaving out information relative to why you stopped living with her at 16 years of age.... i'll bet a LOT of information. did you keep in touch with her during those three years? her birthday's? Mother's Day? holidays? did you show your mother any love during those three years?

maybe the first time you left it hurt her so much that she doesnt want to feel that hurt again, its possible she would love to have you move back in and hates the thought of you having to leave again.
