The difference is: You can only work at Google if you are a graduate. If you do not have a degree they are not interested, where Yahoo! will assess you as a person and relevance to the job...So you can imagine the vibe over at Google towers!

I think you will find it hard to find someone who works at both Yahoo AND Google :D
Seriously though... i would imagine both are similar in many ways.

Odds are that you're not going to find the person you're looking for. What do you need the information for? Are you considering working for either of these two?
(Hehe, you DO know that Google employees get their own personal restaurant in their office and they don't have to pay for any of their food, right? That alone would settle my decision.)

"Working at"? You would probably have to find an employee and ask them!
As search engines etc I prefer Google, but you will find that different engines pull back different things. Unless you know something is specifically out there that hasn't been pulled back it would, I think, be hard to judge which one is best. Its really down to personal prefernce

At Google everyone says Hi to one another.
At Yahoo everyone keeps their head down.
