Having spent many years in a callcentre, I'd say ANYTHING is better! LOL

EDEXCEL has entered into a strategic relationship with Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training (FIAT). Under the arrangement, Edexcel will introduce the BTEC Higher National Certificate (BTEC HNC) in-service industry through FIAT. This means that candidates will now be awarded a BTEC HNC qualification on successful completion of Frankfinn's Diploma Course and upon meeting BTEC requirements.

The BTEC HNC is internationally recognised.
