1st the hen and the rooster of course and then the goose and the gander or gangsta that lays the golden egg. God made animals and humans with pairs to procreate.

I personally believe that the hen came first. It might have evolved frm the single-celled organisms in the course of evolution. Plus, don't u think 4 an egg, the existence of a cock is quintessential?!!

REASON:during evolution another species from where the hen species has been originate would have laid egg and then only the hen would have come
