You *cannot* guarantee that you will get pregnant with a boy. There is no way to do it. However, you *can* increase the chances.

The only method of sex selection with any scientific backing is the Shettles method (see sources section below). If you want the best chance, read the book, not just the Web site. However, since the method is only 75-90% successful, it should only be used if you will be thrilled with a baby of either sex.

Good luck!!

NOT 100%... but to help increase chances... You have to know your cycle, and when you ovulate in particular. You can be fertile for up to 5 days, but you ovulate at the end of these days. Now, the girl sperm can live longer, and the boy sperm swim faster. To increase the chances of a boy, stay away from hubby while you are fertile, until the day you ovulate. This way the fast swimming boys make it to the egg... not the long long living girl sperm from a few days before. This is the same basic way that the website and book lay it out.. I'm sure of it.. you just have to get a good grasp of your own cycle!!!!

once you're afraid of having yet another boy then do no longer have yet another toddler. Is your son fairly that poor that you'll not favor yet another toddler a twin of him?? you've a 50% possibility of having yet another boy. No low tech approach (timing sex, douching, supplementations) has been shown to develop the percentages of having the sex you want. there are procedures - adoption, IUI with sperm sorting, IVF with pre-implantation finding out of the embryo. Adoption is large if that is what you want. IVF or IUI like that are sensible if a pair has the genes for a clinical situation which will in ordinary words be surpassed onto boys or females. have a good time with your son and regardless of toddler you've next, or haven't got yet another.

1st of all, you have to know when you ovulate. Eggs live for 12-24 hrs and sperm can live for 3-4 days. Male sperm swim faster and die sooner, and female sperm swim slower but live longer. If you know, for example, you ovulate on day 14, you don't want to have sex after day 9 or 10 or you will greatly increase your chances to have a girl. You want to wait until the night of the 13th, anytime on the 14th and 15th to have sex. Otherwise if you do it on the 10th or 11th, all the male sperm will be up there, but there won't be an egg to fertalize, yet. So by the time the egg comes, all the male sperm will have died and when the slower female sperm gets up there, then the egg will be waiting. Whereas if you wait until the day you ovulate, then the egg will already be there and waiting by the time the faster male sperm gets up there.

Aside from going to some clinic in California with all the freaks from Canada to have this procedure done where you can select the sex of your baby, there is nothing you can do. If I were you, I'd pray to God, Allah, Buddah, whoever it is you believe in, that you have a healthy, normal baby, regarless of the baby's sex.

I've had experience with this. Myself and three of my friends all had boys as the firstborn. The only thing in common was that when we had sex it was doggy style. Try that out you might have fun and a boy.

The only way to guarantee a gender is to adopt. If your going to try for your own child don't try to decide what they should be now. Your baby will be its own person and you will love every bit of that person.

There is nothing that you can do besides go to a fertility clinic and have them combine the male sperm with the egg. That's it. It will be about 10,000$ us.. and that is the end of it.

supposedly there are certain times(regarding ovulation) and positions to promote a certain sex, but nothing natural is 100% effective. your best bet is probably to google it and acquire as much info as you can on it and base your methods on that.
