Headlight adjustment?

To adjust headlights on a Mazda 626 1996 could some one tell me how to set up the car like distance from wall and other measurements I do not have acsess to proper alignment board .

not sure bout the measurements... but essentially pick a point on a wall and then reverse the car back and make the lights point at it.... otherwise if ya want measurements call your nearest car dealer and ask them :-)
