No. If you are spotting and *are* feeling implantation, a pregnancy test will come up positive...but not yet. It takes *at least* 2 days following implantation before you can possibly get a positive pregnancy test; until then, the implanted zygote hasn't produced enough HCG for it to spill over into the urine. And that will only be the case if you use one of the most sensitive pregnancy tests. But there are some women who don't "spill over" that way until much later in pregnancy--up to 2-3 months. In this case, only a blood test will show a positive result.

Implantation happens about 6-10 days after ovulation and a pregnancy test won't be accurate until about 14 days past ovulation. If you think you are having implantation spotting then wait a week and give the pregnancy hormone a chance to build up in your system and take a test. Good luck!!

wait for 2-3 days then take a home pregnancy test, the only test that will show pos-neg for sure right now is a blood test if you are sure it is implantation.

Not likely to show up as being a positive test unless you are within a couple of days until your period arrives. Something that is first trying to implant will not create enough HCG to trigger a positive result.
